Purpose of this Policy
The medical cooperation groups have worked to enhance institutional culture, integrity, and adherence to ethical principles and values. This policy aims to increase trust and reassure concerned individuals in raising any issues of genuine concern without fear of retaliation from the accused party and to take such issues seriously in investigation and punishment.

Scope of this Policy
- Suspicion of Violation
- A violation has already been committed, or has been committed, or is likely to be committed (including but not limited to: harassment, theft, fraud, bribery).
- Non-compliance with legal obligations arising from statutes, rules, regulations, or contracts.
- Threatening the health and safety of any individual, or likely to be threatened with death
- Environmental harm or potential harm that falls within the company's scope
- Deliberate concealment, or potential concealment, of any of the above
